Returns & Exchanges

At FRESHY, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the box or mailer to ensure the clothing remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
